Repeat Prescriptionsblue_yellow_pills

For patients on long-term medication, repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

  • In person - drop your repeat slip in at reception having clearly marked the items required. There is a black prescription box on the wall to the right of the reception desk.
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
  • On line - a new service, now available for repeat medication. Ask at reception for a registration form,  and guidance on how to access the service.

Please note for safety reasons requests for medication will not be accepted over the telephone.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications, and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
