The surgery works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.

NHS 111 – NHS non-emergency number, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

999 – In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Patient Participation Group

College Road Surgery has an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) that meets regularly at the surgery.

All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
